This was the most pleasent experience that I have ever encountered. Tanya Feudo is the most professional/honest sales rep I have ever dealt with with all my years of dealing with dealerships. I love my Audi and I love Audi Centre Oakville!!!!!

I recently purchased a new Q7 at Audi Centre Oakville. From vehicle selection through negotiation to vehicle delivery it was a very positive experience. The salesperson, Steve Kiss,exhibited a great balance of professionalism and personality. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Steve and this dealership or to recommend them to friends. Everyone from the GM to the receptionist was courteous and helpful.

I first felt very welcome and the representative Mick Neale would take the time to answer all my questions without putting any pressure on me. Once I made my decision I found everything went smoothly and I continued to obtain the answers to all my questions. Mick was courteous and very diligent. He followed up with me at a couple of occasions to let me know when the car was going to be delivered so I knew what to expect. I am actually very happy of the service I received. I was delighted by the whole experience and expecially when I did the test drive, Mick had me drive on an uneven surface and I could see how the vehicule reacted. He also took all the necessary time to indicate all the various features of the car whcih really helped me taking my decision Sonia

A6 65,000 KM REGULAR MAINTENANCE

Regular maintenance on my A6 was prompt and within estimate. Service Advisor Mr Kelly was courteous, and offered good advice regarding the remaining life on my brakes. The car was washed and returned in better than before condition.

VERY IMPRESSED

We had our winter tires installed yesterday. My wifes Q7 was full of pine needles from picking up our Christmas tree last weekend. Not only did they wash the vehicle, Ryan went as far as vacuuming up the pine needles. It's that extra touch that makes all the difference and one of the reasons that we drive Audi!

Keep up the great work. Based on this one experience, I would definitely look to Audi Oakville for any future service with my Audi, or when I'm ready for another Audi

Ryan was super friendly from my initial call in the morning. He understands the urgency of my issue, and was able to provide me a time slot the day of. The service itself was fast, and I was able to get my car back well within the estimate. The pick up shuttle service was able to make necessary adjustment to ensure I get to my vehicle on time. Also, everyone at the dealership just seems happy to be there!

My wife and I decided to test drive a used A5 on our vacation this summer. Ryan Ward set it up and we were blown away by both the car and how welcome we felt with Ryan and all the staff we met. We felt no pressure to buy at all. Ryan was knowledgable and excited about the product. If anyone is wondering where customer service went, we are sure a large amount of it landed at Audi Centre Oakville. Thanks to all of you for lining us up with our new baby. We'll be back.
